We Walk the Talk: Launching Xylo’s First TNFD-Aligned Nature Report

Camille Goldstone-Henry
Co-founder and CEO

At Xylo Systems, our mission is clear: help companies make better decisions for nature. But to do that with integrity, we must also hold ourselves accountable.

Today, we’re proud to publish our first Nature Disclosures Report, aligned with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).

While Xylo is a digital company with a small operational footprint, we discovered we’re deeply intertwined with nature. From the water and minerals powering our technology & cloud infrastructure to the climate stability supporting our platform, our business relies on ecosystem services every day.

What we found:

  • Our largest environmental impacts sit upstream in cloud computing and hardware supply chains.
  • Despite running lean, our value chain depends on natural resources like clean water, mined minerals, and stable land.
  • Our biggest opportunity? Helping clients regenerate nature. Every organisation we support multiplies our impact across infrastructure, energy, and property sectors.

What we’re doing about it:

  • Targeting net-zero emissions by 2030 across all scopes
  • Extending device lifespan by 50%
  • Tracking biodiversity around our HQ
  • Developing metrics to measure nature-positive outcomes enabled through our platform

As our first step into nature disclosure, this report sets the foundation. In the years ahead, we’ll go deeper, mapping more of our value chain, surfacing better biodiversity insights, and leading by example in the sectors we serve.
